About UsW.H Dorsey Potatoes and Dorsey Farms are second generation family owned businesses since 1954. Over the years our family business has grown, enabling us to now produce roughly about 1000 acres of our fresh onions, carrots, and potatoes. Our onions and potatoes are packaged in our warehouse, and shipped to local markets. We have storage facilities for the processing potatoes as well as temperature controlled cold storage.
Cool FactsThe Potato has been Grown in Space In 1995, potato plants were taken into space with the space shuttle Columbia. This marked the first time any food was ever grown in space.
